Questions people ask first.
If yours isn’t here, email or call me.
Price and paying
Do I pay anything before I’ve seen it?
No. You look at the finished site on your own phone first, and you only get a payment link once you’ve said yes.
Why is it cheaper than an agency?
AI tools write the first draft of the code, which saves days. I put that time into the parts that need a person: the wording, the photos and testing every page.
What if I stop paying the £15?
Give a month’s notice and I’ll cancel the Direct Debit and send you the site’s files, so you can host it anywhere. No exit fee.
Do you pay for referrals?
Yes. Introduce a firm that goes ahead and I pay you £50, and their site costs £445. How referrals work.
What isn’t included?
Online shops, booking systems, new logos and paid advertising aren’t part of this offer.
The preview and going live
Why did you build mine without asking?
A finished site is easier to judge than a sales pitch. If you’d rather not, reply “no thanks” and I’ll delete it and leave you alone.
What happens to my old site and hosting?
Nothing changes until you say yes. Then I point your domain at the new site, and you can cancel your old hosting whenever suits you.
What do you need from me?
A yes, and access to your domain settings so I can connect the new site. I’ll walk you through that by email or on the phone.
Is it built with AI?
AI drafts the code, which keeps the price at £495. The research, wording, photos and testing are done by hand, and I check every page.
Which areas do you cover?
Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Poole and the towns between them.
Still deciding?
Ask for a preview anyway. If it’s not for you, I’ll delete it.
